Dr. Kim Finger has a Master’s degree and Doctorate in Cognitive Psychology from Claremont Graduate University. Prior to earning her Doctorate, Dr. Finger worked at Benhaven, a private non-profit organization in Connecticut that provides services for children, adolescents and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. During her tenure at Benhaven she served as a Residential Supervisor and also taught at Benhaven School. While pursuing her graduate work, Dr. Finger continued her studies in autism by working at the Claremont McKenna Autism Center. Prior to joining AST in 2008, she worked for several years as the Director of Client Services at Corporate Coaching International, a prestigious executive coaching firm based in Pasadena, California. She has extensive experience in professional development, contracts and negotiation, strategic planning, client relations and sales and marketing.
