Behavioral Interventionist
Job Duties::Implements teaching procedures and behavior management using Applied Behavior Analysts (ABA) methods and principles to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Works in partnership with families and help them understand the unique learning needs of their children. Implements child's individual program on a daily or as scheduled basis, both in-home and center-based sessions. Performs behavioral methods such as Discrete Trial Teaching, Treatment and Education of Autistic and related Communication-handicapped Children, and Picture Exchange Communications System. Prepares accurate and informative notes during sessions to be used as reference by the team and parents. Accommodates concerns and issues of parents. Collaborates with team leaders and co-therapists in the implementation of the program. Attends Individualized Education Plan (IEP) and progress report meetings when needed.
Minimum Requirements:: B.S. or B.A. in Psychology plus 1 year experience in the field of autism.

Minimum Expectations:
- Ability to work a minimum of 25 hours per week between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday - Saturday shifts are also available

Program Supervisor
Starting Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000
Level of Training Required: Master's Degree and BCBA
Job Description: We are seeking program supervisors to work in our offices in Greater Los Angeles, Orange County,
and the San Gabriel and San Fernando Valleys. Our Program Supervisors supervise Early
Intervention and Positive Behavioral Support programs in home and school settings for
children with autism. Responsibilities include: Assessment, report writing, program development
and monitoring, supervising and training interventionists, parents, and other professionals.
Must have demonstrated experience in ABA and work with BCBA or exam eligibility required.
