Autism Spectrum Therapies, Inc. (“AST”) is committed to providing you with a website experience that respects and protects your personal privacy choices and concerns. The AST website is designed to provide you with useful information about us and our services and with employment opportunities. Our website does not promote or sell products of any kind; we do hope, however, that the information we provide on our website encourages you to use or join our organization as a client or employee. Information We Gather In an effort to provide our website visitors with the most useful information, we collect a limited amount of information about visits to our website, including the number of visits to the site, the date and time of day of these visits and the pages visited. This information helps us to evaluate the effectiveness of our site, improve the information available to site visitors and improve website performance.

Cookies AST does not use cookies on its website other than if you decide to opt-in for e-mails and click the “remember me” box, and we will not write a cookie to your hard drive when you visit our site except in such instance.

Personal Information Our site has an employment page for interested job seekers. We provide you the option of putting your resume in our database and applying to specific job openings with AST. The functionality associated with this part of our site requests users’ contact information (such as e-mail address) and personal information (such as work histories and academic achievements). The user's contact and personal information is used to contact the user in connection with potential job opportunities. This information may be retained by AST for one year or longer; provided that AST has no obligation to retain any such information for any length of time.
We do not disclose information about your individual visits to our website, or personal information that you provide, such as your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, etc., to any outside parties, except when we believe the law requires it. Nonetheless, certain vendors providing services to us may have access to limited information, but all such vendors are subject to confidentiality restrictions.
Opt-Out Our site allows a visitor to sign-up to receive e-mails from AST. You may always opt-out from our mailing list by: going to: www.autismtherapies.com, logging on to your account, clicking the Update Profile menu and, at the bottom of the page, selecting NO to unsubscribe from our mailing list and clicking the update button. An unsubscribe link is also contained in each e-mail sent. Third Party Links The AST site may contain links to sites that are neither owned by nor controlled by AST. Once you leave our website, our privacy policy no longer applies, and you will be subject to the privacy policies, if any, of the other website. AST has no responsibility for the privacy practices or the content of websites it does not control or own.
AST E-mail Links We provide an e-mail address link located on the Contact Us page so that you may e-mail us directly with any questions or comments. AST endeavors to read messages received and to respond promptly. In addition to replying to your comment or inquiry, we may also file your e-mail for future reference regarding improvements to our website or discard the information. Your personal information is not shared with third parties without your express permission.
